Regarding the Single-Course Exam
According to Article 19, Paragraph 3 of Balikesir University Education, Training and Examination Regulations:
Students who have met attendance and practical requirements for all courses except for one course with a grade of FF, or who have passed all courses but have not reached the minimum GPA of 2.00 required for graduation, are granted the right to take a single-course exam for a course of their choice, provided that the grade they receive in this exam will allow them to raise their GPA to at least 2.00. To pass the single-course exam, a minimum letter grade of DD is required. Midterm grades are not considered when determining this letter grade.

Students who wish to apply for the single-course exam must submit a signed petition on June 11, 2025. Applications made before or after June 11, 2025 will not be accepted.
Students can send their petitions to the e-mail address btioyo@balikesir.edu.tr or submit them in person to the Student Affairs Office. (In-person applications can only be made during working hours.)
