2025-2026 Educational- Teaching students who fill the maximum time (7 years) at the end of the Spring period; in the 44th article of the Higher Education Law No. 2547 (c) in the “Maximum times are given two additional exam rights for all the lessons they fail, to graduate from the educational institution registered at the end of the last class students, in order to be able to benefit from additional test rights.

APPLICATION TERMS AND APPLICATION DOCUMENTS
1. Students who want to benefit from exam rights at the end of the maximum time apply to Student Information System (https://obs.balikesir.edu.tr/). Students who do not apply to benefit from test rights are deemed to have abandoned these rights. For the maximum period additional tests, the mazeret test is not opened.

APPLICATION PROCESSES
1. The applications will be listed online at https://obs.balikesir.edu.tr/
2. 2. Students will enter the system between specified dates and apply from the Additional Exam Application V2 menu.
3. After the application, the student must store the application form by taking the output. It is necessary to test this application form in face-to-face tests.
